What's the difference between the Tax Configuration Workbook and the Tax Implementation Workbook?

You can use the Tax Configuration Workbook to upload all common tax setups into Oracle Tax. For example, consider a 4% sales tax rate that generally applies to all customer sales transactions taking place within the state of Alabama.

On the other hand, the Tax Implementation Workbook is for uploading only tax setups specific to your organization. Use this workbook to upload details into Oracle Tax as well as other supporting products. For example, you may want to calculate taxes on receivables or payables transactions for your particular business units or legal entities. All you have to do is use this workbook to assign these entities to a tax regime.
