Processes for Synchronizing Receivables Transaction Data

Some transactions and transaction updates may not display at any given time on the Review Customer Account Details page. This can be due, for example, to new customer data or to transactions becoming past due.

To ensure the display of accurate information in the Activities section of the Review Customer Account Details page, and to ensure that you can search for new customers and display associated summary information in the Overview section of the Review Customer Account Details page, use the Scheduled Processes work area to schedule regular runs of the related synchronization processes.

These processes are:

  • Refresh Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries: This process refreshes customer account summary tables after a set of data is migrated or corrected. Run this process during implementation, and thereafter when entering transactions for new customers.

  • Process Receivables Transactions for Customer Account Summaries: This process updates all customer account summaries. Schedule a regular run of this process to update customer accounts according to your business requirements.

  • Update Receivables Past Due Transactions for Customer Account Summaries: This process updates receivables past due transaction data in customer accounts. Schedule a regular run of this process according to your business requirements.
