How You Print Instructions for Suppliers for Forms 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC

You can help your suppliers in filing their income tax returns by sharing printed instructions on Copy B of Form 1099-MISC and Form 1099-NEC.

When you file Form 1099-MISC or Form 1099-NEC to the United States Internal Revenue Services (IRS), you must send a copy of the returns to the supplier. The supplier copy now includes the instructions to the recipient on the next page.

Submit the process US 1099 Report for generating Forms 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC. After the process is completed, click Republish. You can then select the print output from these options:

• Form 1099-MISC Copy A
• Form 1099-MISC Copy B
• Form 1099-NEC Copy A
• Form 1099-NEC Copy B

The Copy B of each form contains one page reporting the amounts paid in each box followed by one page with the instructions for the recipient.
