Error Situations

The error situations for external payees are:

Payload input has Payee Party, Party Site, and Supplier Site and the combination is invalid.	IBY_INVAL_PARTYSITE_SUPPSITE	Combination of payee party, party site and supplier site is invalid.
Validation error message for when Payment function does not match the party usage code in table 'hz_party_usg_assignments'.	IBY_INVAL_PARTY_PAYFUNC_COMB	Combination of party and payment function is not valid based on usage assignment of the party in Trading Community Architecture.
