Consider these key points when using the Expense Travel Itineraries resource to cancel an itinerary:

• Cancel action cannot be undone.
• When cancelling part of a reservation, it's advisable to send the updated reservation amount to the Expenses resource so that the correct details are reflected in the trip details.

For example, if one leg, segment, or reservation item of an air reservation is canceled, then the updated air reservation amount must be sent to Expenses.
