Process Standard Credit Memos

You can use GET and PATCH operations to process standard credit memos.

To use the receivables credit memos REST resource to process standard credit memos, you must enable the AR_STD_CM_REST Lookup Code.

Here's how you enable AR_STD_CM_REST:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Receivables Lookups task
2. Query for the Lookup Type - AR_FEATURES
3. Under AR_FEATURES, create the Lookup Code AR_STD_CM_REST and click enable

Note:

The PATCH operation for standard credit memos can only update the AllowCompletion, CreditMemoStatus, and TransactionType attributes.
