Manage Collection Documents

You can view and update the collection documents.

Follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Receivables and Accounts Receivables.
  2. Click Tasks.
  3. From the Collections Remittance Batches for Brazil menu, select Manage Collection Documents.
  4. Search for the collection documents by entering the business unit, collection document number, account number, and customer.
  5. Export the search results to MS Excel or update directly in the Collection Document Updates region.
  6. View or select the collection documents to be updated.
    Optionally, update these fields:
    • Type

    • Code

    • Description

    • Date

    • Status

    • Remittance Date

  7. Click Submit Updates.
    Note: This option enables the generation of the Collection Document Updates Remittance Batch electronic file.
