Implementation Options

You can implement Budgetary Control and Encumbrance accounting together or independently depending on your organization's business requirements. This table lists the most important feature each one provides and you can choose depending on your requirement.

Note: If your requirement is budget and actual reporting using General Ledger, then you don't need Budgetary Control or Encumbrance Accounting. You just need General Ledger.
