Overview
Budgetary Control provides these functions to manage the spending control process:

Performs funds check and funds reservation, when transactions are submitted or approved to determine whether spending is allowed.

Stores and maintains budgetary control balances, based on the budget calendar and control budget structure for the these functions:

Budget, categorized as initial and adjustment

Consumption, categorized as commitments, obligations, expenditures, and other
