GL_CROSS_RATE_RULE_DTLS

GL_CROSS_RATE_RULE_DTLS notified the cross rates rule details including the conversion type, from currency, to currency, enabled flag and information for standard who columns. For each cross rates rule, there will be one dummy self-row for each currency; and all the relationships between any two of the contra currencies. Each row stored in this table should be related to one and only one cross rates rule defined in GL_CROSS_RATE_RULES.
