XCC_BCE_BUSINESS_UNITS

This table holds the enablement information for Budgetary Control and Encumbrance Accounting for a business unit and ledger. Similar to the ledgers, a row will exist in this table for a Business Unit only after an end-user would have gone through the Enablement pages for this Business Unit. If a business unit does not have any corresponding row in this table, it will be considered not enabled.

EA_REINSTATE_DATE_CODE	VARCHAR2	30		Yes	Code to identify the encumbrance accounting reinstate date option. Possible values include Current Transaction Date, Prior Related Transaction Date, or System Date.
OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER	NUMBER		9	Yes	Used to implement optimistic locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to detect whether another session has updated the row since it was queried.
