XCC_BCE_JOURNAL_CATEGORIES

This table holds the ledger Budgetary Control enablement information for the Journal Categories. Only non enabled Journal Categories are present in this table. We have chosen to have a multiple attributes primary key so that we can directly verify the enablement at the category level if it exists. If it is not found we can check the all category flag at the Journal Source level.
