XCC_BCE_JOURNAL_SOURCES_
This is the audit table for XCC_BCE_JOURNAL_SOURCES which holds the Journal Sources that are not enabled for a ledger. It pertains only to Budgetary Control enablement. Only non enabled Journal Sources will exist in this table thus there was no need for an enablement indicator column. When a Journal Source gets enabled for a ledger, the row will be deleted from this table as well as any related Journal Categories previously disabled for that Journal Source.
