Taxable Transaction Line

The transaction line-level data used in a tax calculation. For example, key information such as the unit price, quantity, transaction line amount, transaction line description, ship-to location, and ship-from location may be passed as line-level transaction data for use during tax calculation.

A cash discount associated with a transaction can be an option used in the tax formula to calculate the taxable basis by subtracting the cash discount from the assessable value.

The general ledger account to be debited for the transaction.
