Define Context Sensitive Segments for Zengin Receipts
Use the Zengin Cash Receipts predefined context in the Receipts global descriptive flexfield to store additional information required for the ORA_ZENGIN_LOCKBOX and ORA_ZENGIN_LOCKBOX_VAN transmission formats during Zengin lockbox processing.
Enter in the Receipts global descriptive flexfield the information needed to process Japanese lockbox customer payments using either the Zengin transmission format ORA_ZENGIN_LOCKBOX, or ORA_ZENGIN_LOCKBOX_VAN for customers with a virtual account number (VAN).
This information includes the transmission format file name, the alternate payer name mapped to the customer account number of the paying customer, related VAN details, and the paying customer and remittance bank details.
This table indicates the name and description of each context sensitive segment:

To define the context sensitive segments for the Zengin Cash Receipts predefined context:
- Navigate to the Manage Receivables Descriptive Flexfields page.
- In the Search section, enter Receipts in the Name field and click the Search button.
- Select the Receipts descriptive flexfield and click the Edit icon. The Edit Descriptive Flexfield: Receipts page opens.
- In the Context Sensitive Segments section, select Zengin Cash Receipts in the Context field.
- Click the Create icon to open the Create Segment page to create the first context sensitive segment.
- In the Name field, enter Transmission Name.
- In the Code field, enter the corresponding transmission name code.
- In the API Name field, enter transmissionName.
- In the Description field, enter the Transmission Name description.
- In the Data Type field, select Character.
- In the Table Column field, select ATTRIBUTE1.
- In the Value Set field, select a value set according to your business requirements.
- In the Prompt field, enter the segment name, in this case Transmission Name.
- In the Display Type field, select Text Box.
- Complete the remaining fields according to your business requirements.
- Save your work.
- Repeat steps 5 to 16 for the remaining segments.
