View the Process Ownership Definition Assignment Rules Report

After the process to apply ownership definition assignment rules completes, you can view a report that provides details about the process. For each joint venture, the report provides the following details, as shown in the following example:

• Joint venture name
• Ledger
• Period
• Number of processed transactions in the general ledger and subledger accounting
• Number of assignment rules applied to the transactions in the general ledger and subledger accounting

1. Select the completed process and then on the Process Details tab, select the "...more" link next to the attachment.
2. On Attachments, click the link to the .txt file to open the report.
