Fix an Account Hold
When you're canceling an invoice, you might see an account hold error. Depending on the cause of the hold, you can resolve the issue to clear the hold and continue with your transaction.
This table lists out the possible causes for receiving the account hold error message, and the actions you can take to resolve the account hold:

No Rate hold on a foreign currency invoice when a conversion rate is missing | Use the Apply Missing Conversion Rate process to automatically apply conversion rates to foreign currency invoices or payments that have no conversion rate and a conversion rate type other than User. The Apply Missing Conversion Rate process uses conversion rate information from the Manage Daily Rates page to apply the conversion rates. The next time you validate the invoice, the No Rate hold is automatically removed. |
