How You Add Cross-Currency User Rates to a Payment
This example demonstrates how to add cross-currency rates to a single payment when the cross-currency rate type for the payment is User.

Adding Cross-Currency User Rates

On the Payments Overview page, click Create Payment to open the Create Payment page.

On the Payment Details tab, complete the required fields.

On the Advanced tab, complete the fields as shown in this table.

In the Invoices to Pay section, select the action Add Cross-Currency User Rates.
If you select the invoices to pay before adding the rates, a warning appears that cross-currency rates are missing.

In the Add Cross-Currency User Rates dialog box, click the Create icon.

Select a value for the From Currency field.

Enter the conversion rate.

Click OK.

In the Invoices to Pay section, select the action Select and Add: Invoices to Pay.

In the Select and Add: Invoice to Pay dialog box, select the invoice.

Click OK.

Click Save and Close.

Click OK to acknowledge the payment confirmation message.
