Modify Existing Routing Rule Sets
You can modify existing routing rule sets to route incomplete invoices to a specific user group.
Rule sets are a collection of related rules. Follow these steps to modify the existing routing rule sets.

On the Assignees tab, select the rule set to modify.

Click the Edit task icon in the Tasks to be configured pane.

Add, modify, or delete the rules for the rule set.

Click the Save icon in the Tasks to be configured pane to save the changes.

Click the Commit task icon in the Tasks to be configured pane to activate the changes.

To undo changes, click the Reset icon.
Example of How to Modify a Rule Set
This example illustrates how to modify a rule set to route incomplete invoices to a specific user group, starting from the Task Configuration page on the BPM Worklist.

Select the FinApIncompleteInvoiceHold task.

Click the Edit Task icon to edit the rule.

Select the Assignees tab.

Click Incomplete Invoice Payables User.

Click on the business rule IncompleteInvoiceRuleSet.

Click the Expand icon to expand the existing JobRoleAssignmentRule.

Click the Search icon next to the relevant Participant field to open the Identity Browser. Here's how you determine the relevant participant:

Users: to select specific named individual users.
Note:This needs updates over time to reflect the change in individual users.

Group: to select approval groups.
-
Application Role: to select roles.
In this example, we are considering Application Role as the participant field.

In the Identity Browser, search for the role that you want to use.
Note:-
Identity Browser also shows a drop-down list of participants. You can use it to switch between Users, Groups, and Roles.

For roles related to Oracle Cloud ERP, we recommend that you use fscm as the Application Context in the Identity Browser.

Enter the role name and then click Search.

Select the role from the search results and click OK.

Validate the rule to ensure that there are no errors in the rule definition.

Save and Commit the task to ensure that the new rule is functional.
