Overview
The account analysis reports assist in reviewing journals and related transactions. You can use these reports as part of your reconciliation process and in preparation of your closing entries.

Key Insights
Before running the account analysis reports, verify that all subledger transactions have been imported and all journal entries for the period have been posted.

GL Account Details Report Data Model and CSV Output
The data model for the General Ledger Account Details report contains some columns that appear only in the CSV output. They provide more information about the periodic journal activity for each general ledger account.
You can use the information for improved reporting and for audit purposes. These columns don’t appear in the other report output formats (PDF, Excel, HTML).
These columns are related to GL balances.

EFFECTIVE_PERIOD_NUM | Period number that's been converted to a more optimal format using this calculation: (PERIOD_YEAR * 10000 + PERIOD_NUM). |

INTERCOMPANY_SEGMENT_VALUE | Intercompany segment value. |
