This table lists the new privileges for the Financials offering.

Accounts Payable Manager	Manage Attribute Derivation Rules	Allows creation or update of attribute derivation rules.
Accounts Payable Manager	View All Invoices with Exceptions	Allows viewing of all invoices with exceptions such as holds, import rejections, or approval rejections.
Bill Management Registration Management	Sync External Users To LDAP	Allows the running of the process that sends personal data for external users to LDAP
