Before Users Can Deliver Joint Interest Billing Reports Through Email

Before you can deliver joint interest billing reports through email, set up the email address for each stakeholder. For stakeholders that you plan to create invoices for, you set up their email details in their customer records. And for stakeholders that you plan to create journals for, you set their email details in their person records.

To set up email details for a stakeholder that you plan to create invoices for:

  1. Navigate to the Home page, select Customer Data Management, and then click Organizations.

  2. On the Organization page, search for the stakeholder’s customer record and click the Registry ID link for the customer.

  3. On Edit Organization page for the customer, scroll down to the Email section and enter the email details. Click Save.

To set up email details for a stakeholder that you plan to create journals for:

  1. Navigate to the Home page, select Customer Data Management, and then click Persons.

  2. On the Persons page, search for the stakeholder’s person record and click the Registry ID link.

  3. On Edit Person page, scroll down to the Email section and enter the email details. Click Save.
