How do I find this report?

From the Reports and Analytics pane, navigate to Shared Folders > Financials > Revenue Management > Revenue Recognition.

When do I use this report?

When I need information about the expected settlement and revenue recognition for existing open obligations.

Can I print the entire report?

The default printing option for the report is Visible. You can’t change this value at this time. However, you may copy the printed report to a custom folder so that all locked options are available in the seeded version. After copying the report to a custom folder, you can edit the printing option.

Choose one of these printing options:
  • Visible to All to print all report results for the entire dashboard.
  • Visible to print only what is displayed on the report.
Note: The maximum rows that can be exported is limited by Excel (approximately 1 million rows). You may adjust the filter criteria and print in batches to get the entire results if they exceed the limits.
