Tax Authority Return Interface

Import the tax authority return information into the Tax Authority Return interface tables using the Load Interface File for Import Process or the Financial Utilities Service web service.

There are three interface tables (one parent table and two child tables). These tables contain data provided by the tax authority, related to fiscal documents, taxes and messages:

• The parent table JG_FSCL_TAX_AUTH_RET_INT contains returned information related to the fiscal documents. This is the primary data from which the information retrieved from the tax authority is processed after a successful import. It contains both SEFAZ and city tax authorities return information, like SEFAZ protocol number, service fiscal document number, and return codes (Approved, Rejected, Errors, and so on).
• The child table JG_FSCL_TAX_AUTH_TAXES_INT contains returned information related to taxes. Tax information is captured only from city tax authorities, since the service tax calculated by city could be different from the tax calculated previously in a temporary service document (RPS).
• The child table JG_FSCL_TAX_AUTH_MSG_INT contains returned information related to error messages or warning messages, which can be sent by both SEFAZ and city tax authorities.
