Budgetary Control Balances

The budgetary control balances view object contains budget and consumption balances for each control budget, budget account and budget period combination.

Attributes

This table provides the list of exposed attributes and their descriptions.

Name	Description
AccountedPayablesAmount	The reservation category for the payables portion of the expenditure amount.
AccountedProjectAmount	The reservation category for the project portion of the expenditure amount.
AccountedReceiptsAmount	The reservation category for the receipt portion of the expenditure amount.
ActualAmount	The budget consumption classified as actual expenditures, typically receipts or invoices.
ApprovedAuthorizationAmount	The reservation category for the spend authorization portion of the commitment amount.
ApprovedCommitmentAmount	The reservation category for the requisition portion of the commitment amount.
ApprovedObligationAmount	The reservation category for the purchase order portion of the obligation amount.
BudgetAdjustmentAmount	The amount by which the budget has been adjusted.
BudgetAmount	Sum of initial budget and budget adjustment amounts.
BudgetCcid	The identifier of the budget account for which the balance is tracked.
CommitmentAmount	The budget consumption classified as commitments, typically requisitions.
ControlBudgetId	The identifier of the control budget for which the balance is tracked.
CreatedBy	The user who created the budgetary control balance.
CreationDate	The date and time when the budgetary control balance was created.
DetailOtherAmount	The reservation category for encumbrances other than reserved requisition and purchase order amounts.
FundsAvailableAmount	Funds available amount for consumption.
LastUpdateDate	The date and time when the budgetary control balance was last updated.
LastUpdateLogin	The session login associated with the user who last updated the budgetary control balance.
LastUpdatedBy	The user who last updated the budgetary control balance.
MiscExpendituresAmount	The reservation category for expenditures other than payables, project and receipts amounts.
ObligationAmount	The budget consumption classified as obligations, typically purchase orders.
OtherAmount	The budget consumption classified as encumbrances other than commitments and obligations.
PeriodName	The budget period for which the balance is tracked.
UnreleasedBudgetAmount	The amount that has been budgeted to a period but hasn't yet been released for consumption.
