Budgetary Control Budget Entry Details

The budgetary control budget entry details view object contains information related to budget line distributions for each budget import, including the control budget, budget account, and budget period updated by each budget line.

Attributes

This table provides the list of exposed attributes and their descriptions.

Name	Description
Amount	The budget amount changed by a budget entry line. For example, if a budget entry line of 11 dollars replaces the existing budget of 10 dollars, the amount changed is 1 dollar. If a budget entry line of 1 dollar is added to the existing budget of 10 dollars, the amount changed is also 1 dollar.
BudgetAction	The code for the indicator that determines when the unreleased, initial or adjustment budget balance is updated. The code pertaining to Essbase represents an extra record that doesn't update the budget balance.
BudgetCcid	The unique identifier of the budget account of the budget entry.
ControlBudgetId	The unique identifier of the control budget of the budget entry.
CreatedBy	The user who created the budget entry.
CreationDate	The date and time when the budget entry was created.
DataSetId	The unique identifier of the budgetary control validation attempt.
FundsReleasedDate	The date on which the budget amount is released for consumption.
HeaderId	The unique identifier of the budget entry.
LastUpdateDate	The date and time when the budget entry was last updated.
LastUpdateLogin	The session login associated with the user who last updated the budget entry.
LastUpdatedBy	The user who last updated the budget entry.
LineNumber	The number assigned to each row of record within a budget entry, such as 1, 2, 3 and so on, for record identification and reference purposes.
MasterPeriodName	The budget period of the source control budget.
ObjectVersionNumber	The number of times the budget entry has been updated.
OriginalAmount	The user-entered budget entry amount, which can be different from the computed budget entry amount if it's expressed as an addition or subtraction to the current budget amount.
PeriodName	The budget period name of the budget entry.
ProcessedForEssbaseFlag	Indicates whether the budget entry has been transferred to the budgetary control balances cube. Valid values are Y and N.
