The Encumbrance Type view object contains information about encumbrance types, including their identifiers and descriptions.

Description	The translated description of the encumbrance type.
EnabledFlag	Indicates whether encumbrance type is enabled. If Y, then the encumbrance type is enabled. If N, then the encumbrance type isn't enabled.
EncumbranceType	Encumbrance Type name such as Commitment or Obligation.
EncumbranceTypeCode	Name of the encumbrance type.
EncumbranceTypeId	The unique identifier of the encumbrance type. This is a primary key of the Encumbrance Types view object.
JournalEncumbranceTLPEOCreatedBy	The user who created the translated encumbrance type.
JournalEncumbranceTLPEOCreationDate	The date and time when the translated encumbrance type was created.
JournalEncumbranceTLPEOEncumbTypeId	The identifier of the translated encumbrance type. This is a foreign key of the Translated Encumbrance Types view object.
JournalEncumbranceTLPEOLanguage	Indicates the code of the language into which the contents of the translatable columns are translated.
JournalEncumbranceTLPEOLastUpdateDate	The date when the translated encumbrance type row was last updated.
JournalEncumbranceTLPEOLastUpdateLogin	The session login associated with the user who last updated the translated encumbrance type.
JournalEncumbranceTLPEOLastUpdatedBy	The user who last updated the translated encumbrance type.
JournalEncumbranceTLPEOObjectVersionNumber	The number of times the translated encumbrance type row has been updated..
