The period statuses view object contains the status of each control budget period.

Attributes

This table provides the list of exposed attributes and their descriptions.

Name	Description
BudgetEffectivePeriodNum	The unique number of the control budget period over the budget years. Adjustment periods in accounting calendars are ignored. The number remains contiguous across nonadjustment periods within a budget year.
BudgetPeriodNum	The unique number of the control budget period within a budget year. Adjustment periods in accounting calendars are ignored. The number remains contiguous across nonadjustment periods within a budget year.
ControlBudgetId	The unique identifier of the control budget.
CreatedBy	The user who created the control budget period status.
CreationDate	The date and time when the control budget period status was created.
EffectivePeriodNum	The period expressed as a numeric value for ease of comparison with other periods.
EndDate	The date on which a control budget period ends.
FiscalYear	The budget calendar year, such as 2010, or the user-defined budget year, such as FY2011-2015, of the budget period from an accounting calendar or budgetary control calendar, respectively.
LastUpdateDate	The date and time when the control budget period status was last updated.
LastUpdateLogin	The session login associated with the user who last updated the control budget period status .
LastUpdatedBy	The user who last updated the control budget period status .
ObjectVersionNumber	The number of times the control budget period status has been updated.
PeriodName	The name of the control budget period.
PeriodNum	The unique number of the control budget period.
PeriodStatusId	The unique identifier of the control budget period status.
PeriodYear	The budget calendar year, such as 2010, or the budget year number, such as such as 1, 2 or 3, of the budget period from an accounting calendar or budgetary control calendar, respectively.
QuarterNum	The quarter number of the control budget period.
StartDate	The date on which a control budget period starts.
StatusCode	Indicates the status of the control budget period. The valid values are Never Opened, Available for Budgeting, Open, Close Pending, Closed, and Permanently Closed.
