RA_CM_REQUESTS_ALL

The RA_CM_REQUESTS_ALL table contains information for credit memo requests during the invoice dispute process. Receivables creates one row for each request. This table contains all required parameters to initiate a credit memo request workflow. Each row includes general information such as amount, reason, comments, and if the request concerns specific invoice lines or a credit to the total line, tax, or freight amount on the transaction. A value of Y in the LINES_CREDITS_FLAG column indicates the customer made the credit request for specific lines. The CUSTOMER_TRX_ID column is the transaction identifier. CM_CUSTOMER_TRX_ID column stores credit memo identifier once Receivables approves and creates the credit memo. The primary keys for this table are REQUEST_ID and CUSTOMER_TRX_ID.
