When do customers use the simplified payment UI?

Oracle Payments Cloud provides a simplified, shared transaction interface component for payments by credit card or bank account. This simplified UI is used by products that integrate with Payments, such as Oracle Bill Management and Oracle Student Cloud.

These products are used by self-service users to pay for products or services by credit card or bank account. Users enters their credit card or bank account data for order booking or invoice payment processing. This data is stored by the application in a secured manner. A bank account is stored encrypted, whereas a credit card is first tokenized and then the token is stored instead of the credit card number.
