Process Expirations for Property Revenue Leases

You can use the Process Expirations for Property Revenue Leases link in the side panel to expire property revenue leases past their lease end dates and don't have any open options on them.

Process Property Revenue Lease Expiration

• Select Process Expirations for Property Revenue Leases from the panel to run the program.

• The following parameters are available in Basic Options:

  • Action Type:

    • Lease Expiration in Review Mode: This generates the list of expired property revenue leases for the selected business unit.

    • Lease Expiration in Update Mode: You can select Update Mode to remove the expired property revenue leases after you've reviewed them for the selected business unit.

  • Business Unit: Select the business unit from which you want to generate a list of expired property revenue leases.

  • Legal Entity: Select the legal entity from which you want to generate a list of expired property revenue leases.

  • Party Name: Select the party from which you want to generate a list of expired property revenue leases.

  • Lease Number: Select a specific property revenue lease that you want to expire.

• Oracle Lease Accounting notifies you when the process completes if you check the notify checkbox.

• Select Submit to run the process.
