Update Lease Status for Property Revenue Leases

You can update property revenue lease statuses from the activity side panel.

Update Property Revenue Lease Status:

Select Update Lease Status for Property Revenue Leases from the side panel to run the program.
The following parameters are available in Basic Options:
- Action Type:
  - Update Lease Status: Select to update all property revenue leases statuses.
- Subaction Type: Select the subaction type for which you want to update the property revenue leases.
  - Activate Lease: Select to update the activation status for all selected property revenue leases.
  - Attach Lease Detail Report: Select to attach the lease detailed report for all selected property revenue leases.
  - Cancel Lease: Select to cancel all selected property revenue leases.
  - Discard Amendment: Select to discard the amendments of all selected property revenue leases.
  - Generate Schedules: Select to update the schedules for all selected property revenue leases.
- Business Unit: Select the business unit from which you want to update the property revenue leases.
- Party Name: Select the party name for which you want to update the property revenue leases.
- Process Type: Select the process type for which you want to update the property revenue leases.
  - New Leases: Select to update only the new property revenue leases.
  - Lease Amendments: Select to update only those property revenue leases with amendments.
  - Manage Options and Termination: Select to update only those property revenue leases with options and terminations.
- Abstracted or Prepared By: Select the person for whom you want to update the property revenue leases.
- Version Status: Select the version status for which you want to update the property revenue leases.
- From Lease Number: Select the starting lease number from which you want to update the property revenue leases.
- To Lease Number: Select the ending lease number to you want to update the property revenue leases.
Oracle Lease Accounting notifies you when the process completes if you check the notify checkbox.
Select Submit to run the process.
