Use the Unified Streams and Training Experience

The Streams UI provides a unified experience for Invoice Document Streams and Invoice Document Training.

Users can manage document processing and document-layout learning from one interface.

Smart Filters support switching between the Streams and Training views. The Streams view is displayed by default. Common document details, filtering, sorting, and security controls are available consistently across both views. Document upload continues to be available from the Training view.

The unified experience simplifies navigation, improves visibility across invoice processing and training, and provides a consistent workflow for operational review and layout learning.

The Streams UI also includes an enhanced Tables View that users can open through the List View/Tables View toggle. In Tables View, users can:

• Review document-sender information.
• Sort documents using additional attributes.
• Select the information most relevant to the review.
• Manage large volumes of invoice documents using a tabular presentation.

The enhanced view improves document visibility and provides a more flexible way to review and manage invoice-document activity.
