Searching and Filtering the Insights Dashboard Display
You can search and filter the Insights dashboard to focus your analysis.
To search for an insight, enter a search term in the Search box above the dashboard.
You can filter the Insights dashboard to show only the insights you want to evaluate.
- Click a filter type. The default value for the filter is displayed but is not yet applied to the results on the page.
- Enter parameters for the filter. The dashboard is updated with insights that meet
the filter criteria.
- Created: Enter start and end dates for insight creation.
- Type: Select one or more insight types.
- Status: Select from Open or Closed.
- Priority: Select from High, Medium, or Low, based on thresholds defined by your administrator.
- Percentage of Impact: Enter a range of percentage impact values.
- Absolute Impact: Enter a range of absolute impact values.
- Remove a filter by closing it (click the X) on the filter bar.

Tip:
To search for dismissed insights by dismissal reason, add filters for Closed Status and the dismissal reason, such as #lowpriority or #duplicateInsight.
