Viewing the Status of Jobs

Use the All Jobs and Pending tabs on the Jobs console to view jobs and their status.

• All Jobs: Jobs that are processing, have run and are completed, or have errors. You can filter the jobs displayed by Start Time, End Time, Status, and job Type.

  Available Status filters include:

  • Processing
  • Completed
  • Error
  • Completed with Threshold Violation
  • Pending Cancel
  • Cancelled
  • Completed with Errors
  • Completed with Warnings
  • Unknown

• Pending: Jobs that are in pending state. You can filter the jobs displayed by Scheduled End Time, Scheduled Run Time, and job Type.

Note:

• The application is automatically refreshed during an application upgrade. Any errors that occur during the upgrade are captured in the Content Update job.

• If a scheduled job execution is terminated because of automated daily maintenance, an EPM Automate resetService command, or due to an unforeseen outage, the job will be restarted when the environment comes back online.

• Jobs older than 90 days are purged.
