How do I enable business units for Knowledge in Help Desk?
From release 25A, administrators can enable filtering Knowledge by business units in Help Desk.
To enable this feature in Help Desk:
- Sign in as an administrator.
- Go to Setup and Maintenance.
- Search and select Manage Administrator Profile Values.
- Enter one of the following values in the Profile Option Code
field:
- ORA_HRHD_ENABLE_KM_FILTER_BY_BU: Specifies when to filter HR Help Desk knowledge based on the business unit.
- ORA_ISR_ENABLE_KM_FILTER_BY_BU: Specifies when to filter Internal Help Desk knowledge based on the business unit.
- Click Search.
- Select one of the following profile values:
- AgentFlow
- EmployeeFlow
- Both
- None
- Click Save and Close.
