How do I enable business units for Knowledge in Help Desk?

From release 25A, administrators can enable filtering Knowledge by business units in Help Desk.

To enable this feature in Help Desk:

  1. Sign in as an administrator.
  2. Go to Setup and Maintenance.
  3. Search and select Manage Administrator Profile Values.
  4. Enter one of the following values in the Profile Option Code field:
    • ORA_HRHD_ENABLE_KM_FILTER_BY_BU: Specifies when to filter HR Help Desk knowledge based on the business unit.
    • ORA_ISR_ENABLE_KM_FILTER_BY_BU: Specifies when to filter Internal Help Desk knowledge based on the business unit.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Select one of the following profile values:
    • AgentFlow
    • EmployeeFlow
    • Both
    • None
  7. Click Save and Close.
