How do I hide the dashboard icon from the Service Request list?

To hide the dashboard icon from the Service Request list page, do the following.

  1. From the Service Request list page, click Settings and Actions and select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio.
  2. In the Applications Extensions explorer, navigate to App UIs > Oracle Fusion Service UI Extension App > Service > ec > sr.
  3. In the workspace, select Variables, and then from the Constants list, find showDashboardButton, and set the variable to False.
