What are the MCA Lookups?

There are two MCA lookups which apply to Phone interactions.

The lookups are:

  • ORA_SVC_MCA_COMM_REASON_CD

  • ORA_SVC_MCA_RESOLUTION_CD

You access these lookups using the Manage Standard Lookups in Functional Setup Manager. To add more values to the default values of either lookup, use this task.
