How can I remove the standard text from the email acknowledgment?

The text can't be completely blanked out because the Short Text field in the Message Properties is a required field. However, it can be shortened using the following steps:

1. In Setup and Maintenance, go to the Manage Messages task.
2. Search for and edit the message SVC_EMAIL_ACK_FOR_KNOWN_CUST
3. You can delete the contents of the User Details field and edit the Short Text as desired.
