Overview of Oracle Identity Cloud Service Applications

Your Oracle JET application will access Oracle Fusion Service REST API resources.

Within this model, your Oracle JET application performs actions on behalf of an Oracle JET application user. For authentication to work, the Oracle Identity Cloud Service or other identity provider must support OAuth2-based authentication. Irrespective of the identity provider used, applications should be defined in the identity provider representing the Oracle JET application. The following topics describe how to create the necessary applications in Oracle Identity Cloud Service.
