Opt Out of Case Management
Case Management comes ready to use with Fusion Service. If you don't wish to use Case Management, you can disable it.
To Disable the Case Feature

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the following:

Offering: Service

Change Feature Opt in link
-

Click the Features icon for the Service offering.

Select Disable for Case.
