Enable Viewing the Audit Trail

To enable viewing the audit trail for service requests in the service request Summary page, you must expose the Audit History tab using Application Composer.

For more information, see the Common Components Subtabs topic in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Configuring Applications Using Application Composer guide. Follow the same steps as described for the Change History tab.

Note: A user can view the Audit History subtab on the service request Summary page only if their role has been assigned the SVC_VIEW_SERVICE_REQUEST_CHANGE_HISTORY privilege.
