Update an Inbound Message Filter
To update an inbound message filter:

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the following:

Offering: Service
-
Functional Area: Communication Channels
-
Task: Manage Email Filters
-

On the Inbound Message Filters page, click the filter type that you want to update.

On the Update Message Filter page, update the filter properties. You can update all the properties except the filter type.
Note: If you want to disable a filter, select Yes in the Disabled field. The default value is No. -
After you modify the filter properties, click Save and Close.
