Configure the FND_IDP_PROXY_USER_WHITELIST Profile Option

Let's say your agent sends a message to a Microsoft Teams user, seeking help to resolve a customer issue. When the Microsoft Teams user replies, their reply reaches Redwood Service Center only if the FND_IDP_PROXY_USER_WHITELIST profile option is set to the default value FUSION_APPS_CRM_SOA_APPID.

That's because the FUSION_APPS_CRM_SOA_APPID user's credentials are used to create all messages sent from Microsoft Teams to Redwood Service Center.

Note:

Typically, the profile option is automatically set to the default value. But sometimes, it may have a blank value. If the value isn't set to FUSION_APPS_CRM_SOA_APPID, you can follow these steps to set the value.
