Prerequisites for Setting Up a Microsoft Teams Channel for Fusion Service

Before you set up the integration of your service application with Microsoft Teams, you must ensure that you have the following:

• The appropriate access or subscription to Microsoft Teams that permits you to use Apps Studio to create an app for Fusion Service.

• Administrator privileges that permit you to sign in to the Azure portal.
