About Managing Service Entitlements in HR Help Desk

Entitlements is a feature native to Oracle B2B Service that can be used with Classic HR Help Desk Classic. HR Help Desk uses the Fusion Service native SR service entitlements functionality, and doesn't use the newer Help Desk entitlements.
