Create a Microsoft Teams Channel
To create a Microsoft Teams channel in Oracle Help Desk:

Sign in as an administrator or a setup user.

Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area and open the Tasks panel tab.

Click Search from the list of displayed tasks.

Search for and select Manage Communication Channels.

In the Service Channels page, click Create Channel.

In the Create Channel window, select CRM in the Stripe Code field.

Select the Purpose as Collaboration.

Select the Channel Type as Microsoft Teams.

In the Account Name field, enter the directory tenant ID that you copied from the Azure portal.

The Channel Code field is autogenerated.
The channel code uniquely identifies a communication channel when exporting or importing channels from one environment to another.

If the autogenerated channel code is unique, you can leave it unchanged.

If the autogenerated channel code isn't unique, add a set of characters to the code to make it unique.

Enter a Display Name for the Microsoft Teams channel.

Select the Business Unit from the drop-down list.
Note:You can see this field only if you have enabled multiple business units for your deployment.

Select the Active check box.

Click Save and Close.
