Enable the Knowledge Functional Area

To start a Knowledge implementation, a user with the Application Implementation Consultant role must opt into the offering that enables the Knowledge Management functional area. Refer to the Oracle Applications Cloud Using Functional Setup Manager guide for more information on how to manage opt-in

  1. Click Setup and Maintenance in the springboard menu.

  2. Select the Service offering.

  3. Click Change feature Opt in.

  4. Select the Enable option for the Knowledge Management functional area.

When the opt-in process is complete, knowledge managers will have access to the Knowledge Management configuration options.
