Add Resources to a Queue
You use a queue to group resources based on a specific criteria. So, to handle a queue, add resources that match the criteria.

Sign in to the application as a service administrator or a service manager.

On the Home page, click the Service group icon, and then click the Queues icon.

On the Queues page, click the queue that you want to update.

On the Summary page, click the Resources icon.

On the Resources page, click Add Resources.

On the Add Resources page, enter the search criteria such as the resource name.

Click Search.

Select the resources from the search results.

Do one of the following:

Click Apply to add the selected resources to the queue and stay on the same page.

Click OK to add the resources and leave the page.
