Enable Viewing the Audit Trail for Queues

To enable viewing the audit trail for queues in the queue Summary page, you must expose the Change History tab using Application Composer. For more information, see the Common Components Subtabs topic in the Oracle Applications Cloud Configuring Applications Using Application Composer guide.

Note: A user can view this subtab on the queue Summary page only if their role has been assigned the SVC_VIEW_QUEUE_CHANGE_HISTORY privilege.
